Who we are

Lucky Tiger Casino is run by Alistair Solutions N.V., a company registered under the laws of Curacao under registration number 155702. Our terms are governed by the laws of Curacao. By opening an account you accept these rules, and we may update them from time to time.

Your account

You must be at least 18, or older if the law where you live says so, and online play must be allowed for you there. Each person, household and device may hold one account only. Please give us complete and current details, keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else knows it.

Currency

When you register, you can choose Australian dollars or US dollars. Withdrawals are paid in the currency of your account.

Deposits

Use only cards and payment methods in your own name. We do not charge deposit or withdrawal fees, though your bank or payment provider may. Deposits cannot be reversed, and a chargeback voids winnings.

Verification and withdrawals

After your first deposit we confirm some details by phone, and before your first withdrawal we ask for proof of identity, a copy of each card you used and a recent proof of address. Every deposit needs to be played through at least once before you request a withdrawal. Withdrawals are limited to $2,000 per week, and some payments may be split into parts.

Bonuses

Each bonus carries its own wagering and game rules, and only one bonus can be active at a time. Playing games that a promotion excludes, or betting above the bonus bet limit, cancels the bonus and its winnings. Accounts that misuse bonuses may lose them.

Fair play

Cheating, collusion, using bots, hiding your location with a VPN or proxy, or using someone else's payment details is not allowed. In such cases we may close the account, keep the balance and inform the authorities.

Closing your account

You can close your account at any time and withdraw your balance through Customer Support. We may also close an account at our discretion and return the balance that is available for withdrawal.
